CARAC SPONSORED- Talent in our own backyard! Brought to you by the City of Atlantic Beach Cultural Arts and Recreation Advisory Committee. Enjoy the original sounds by local talent in the Adele Grage Theater. Come inside the theater, out of the heat, you’ll be glad you did! Doors open at 5:45 p.m.
Whether you write, sing, play or simply enjoy listening to good music, plan on being with us. Hosted by Mike Shackelford, local performers transform the Adele Grage Theater from 6-8 pm with original music creations. Light snacks and refreshments served.
Seating is first come-first served for this admission-free, alcohol-free event.
Performers should contact host Mike Shackelford at (904) 610-7461. Prepare two original songs of 7-8 minutes combined maximum.

ACOUSTIC NIGHT WITH FOOD TRUCK
Host, Mike Shackelford and friends will be in Bull Memorial Park for concert in the Park under the swaying palm trees with the ocean breeze! It doesn’t get any better than this on a beautiful summer evening as you enjoy the music on your blanket, in your chair or standing around with neighbors and friends, listening to the musical talent of local singers of all ages. Come rain or shine. In event of inclement weather, the event moves indoors at the Adele Grage Theater in Bull Park.
Come hungry, Featuring Food Truck will be available for dinner from 5-8:30 pm on 7th St. at East Coast Dr.

WILD WONDERS AT DUTTON ISLAND
Do you enjoy the great outdoors and nature? A hands-on nature program for the entire family will be held at Dutton Island Preserve in Atlantic Beach beginning in March.
Mike Rossi, an experienced local educator, will present his program "Animal Adventures!" an interactive and education program that uses story, humor and music to teach children and adults about the wonders of the animal kingdom. Children and adults will be asked to be part of the show by holding select animal and performing certain parts that educates and entertains the audience using animals that are either small mammals or reptiles.

INTRACOASTAL PADDLE TOUR
Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Atlantic Beach by way of paddles (paddle board or kayak)
@ Dutton Island kayak launch (south end).
Why not explore our local marsh trails and parks by waterway? Tours begin with a demonstration for beginner paddlers followed by a guided one hour tour. Enjoy the local flora and fauna, meet new people as you get comfortable with the water routes for future paddling. The goal of the session is to paddle from Dutton Island Park to Tide Views Preserve Park. (Depending on skill level and weather).
Come enjoy an easy afternoon paddle in your backyard!

Atlantic Beach is your beach. Please enjoy our beautiful beaches, keep it clean, and only leave footprints & paw prints behind.
The City of Atlantic Beach allows leashed dogs on the beach, except while in the water. Please respect your fellow beach goers.
Weddings on the beach require a permit issued at the Recreation Department.
Please dispose of all trash and pet droppings in the trash receptacles provided at each beach access. Respect others while on the beach and be safe. Thank you for making "your" Atlantic Beach beautiful!

Due to COVID-19, the Gail Baker Community Center, Jordan Center, Adele Grage Cultural Center are closed until further notice. City-permitted and City-sanctioned events at those facilities and parks are suspended until further notice. This pertains to all scheduled through May 31; a determination on whether to extend the suspension of activities at City facilities will be made as the City assesses this ever-changing situation.
