Special-Called Meeting of the City Commission - Appeal Hearing (APP20-0002)

The Atlantic Beach City Commission will hold a Special Called Meeting on Monday, November 23, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in the Commission Chamber, 800 Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233. The purpose of this meeting is to hold a hearing on an Appeal of the Community Development Board’s Denial of Variance Application ZVAR20-0014, to allow the deviation for measuring the height of the building from the average calculated grade at 1966 Beach Avenue, submitted by Montell Owens, 1966 Beach Avenue, Atlantic Beach, Florida.

Two or more members of the City Commission and other boards or committees of the City of Atlantic Beach may be in attendance.

This meeting will be live-streamed and videotaped. The video recording will be posted within four business days on the City’s website at www.coab.us. To access it, click on the City Commission Meeting Video tab on the home page.
