    2. Atlantic Beach Cares Program

      Did you know that there is a program that helps Atlantic Beach utility customers pay their bills in times of need?  “Atlantic Beach Cares” and is totally supported by contributions made by City of Atlantic Beach utility customers. The program enables you to authorize the City to add $1, $2, $5, $10 or more to your monthly utility bill; in turn, that donation is used to help people who are having difficulty paying their utility bill due to their economic situation. 

      The City of Atlantic Beach and Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry, Inc. (BEAM) administer the program.  If you wish to participate in this neighbors-helping-neighbors program, please click "continue".
