A “Special Meeting” of the City of Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chamber at City Hall, 800 Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach, Florida. The public is invited to be present at said time and place. If a person decides to appeal any decision at any meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record shall include the testimony and evidence upon which appeal is to be based. In accordance with the American with Disabilities Act, persons needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact Dayna Williams, Code Enforcement Secretary, at 247-5810 or at City Hall, 800 Seminole Road.
