Qigong class is the place to be from 9:30-10:30 a.m. for those who experience chronic neck or back pain. Classes will focus on this healing energy Wednesday mornings in November and December @ 9:30 a.m.
Enhancing your Qi, the energy that powers your life, is a great way to reduce pain and improve mobility. Qigong is an ancient Chinese art that integrates gentle physical activity with mindfulness to build Qi. The practice is so gentle that it can be used by people at any amount of mobility.
