January 16, 2019, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Commission Chamber of City Hall
The City of Atlantic Beach, with assistance from the National Park Service Rivers, Trails and Conservation Assistance (RTCA) Program, is seeking citizen input for a parks and trails (multi-use pathways) planning effort and would like the public’s help to determine the priority needs of area parks, future parks, potential routes, recreational uses for area parks, and points of interests for the City of Atlantic Beach parks and trails master plan. This workshop was originally scheduled for December 5, 2018. A postponed became necessary due to the National Park Service's representative being unable to attend due to the National Day of Mourning declaration for former president George H.W. Bush. Atlantic Beach residents: Please take a few minutes and give us your thoughts on City of Atlantic Beach parks and trails. Your participation is vital to our community's parks master planning process.
