We had over 60 photos entered with the theme "Sunrise Over Atlantic Beach". You made it very difficult to make the selection. We will have a display of photos coming soon. In the meantime, keep a close watch. The winning photo will appear on the 2017 Calendar of Events!

arrives for dinner and the evening ends with a free movie at dusk, all at Jack

FALL FLAG FOOTBALL - REGISTRATION GOING ON NOW!
Its not too late. Atlantic Beach is ready for some FLAG FOOTBALL! Co-ed teams for kids will compete in this non-contact football energy sport with playoffs at the end.
Girls, you too can play football. Co-ed Teams consist of age groups 5-8 & 9-12.

WILD CHILD YOGA FOR KIDS! Every Tuesday
Wild Child Kids Yoga brings music, movement and meditation into the lives of little yogis. A platform to inspire kids to move, relax, create and connect to each other with kindness and to their own true amazing selves while learning the science of yoga.
Weekly classes held at the Adele Grage Cultural Center Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 pm for ages 4-8 & 6:30-7:30 pm for ages 8-12.

NORTH BEACHES TOWN CENTER ART WALK
Thursday, October 20 from 5-9 pm, The Beaches Town Center & The Adele Grage Cultural Center fill the streets and center with artists (local and northeast Florida) of many mediums. Come gather around Atlantic Blvd. /First Street & Ocean Blvd/7th Street. More than 20 locations feature artists and provide refreshments and music to the public.
Make Adele Grage in Bull Park your first/last stop on the monthly North Beaches Art Walk at 716 Ocean Blvd. and meet the featured artist for October, Annelies Dykgraaf during the artist's reception, free and open to the public 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Rain or shine.
SEPTEMBER FEATURED ARTIST - SUSAN BOLENBAUGH
Neptune Beach resident and educator, Susan Bolenbaugh, displays her creative graphite drawn prints and notecards as the featured artist in September at the Adele Grage Gallery.
Susan's work reflects a love of nature which inspires her studies of shells, butterflies and animals, creating a unique perspective of the world around us. She often uses colored pencils, pens, or pastels to enhance her drawings, although her black and white graphite or charcoal drawings can stand alone. Her pencil-drawn pet portraits are very popular.
Visit the gallery at 716 Ocean Blvd. Atlantic Beach from 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.

CARAC SPONOSRED- Come in from the heat to enjoy a free indoor concert by local talent. Brought to you by the City of Atlantic Beach Cultural Arts and Recreation Advisory Committee. Doors open at 5:45 p.m.
Whether you write, sing, play or simply enjoy good music, plan on being with us. Our musical host, Mike Shackelford and his fellow talented performers from our region transforms the Atlantic Beach Theater into a magical space for two hours of original music creations by neighbors and friends.
Seating is first come-first served for this admission-free, alcohol-free event. Bring a friend...or three!
Performers should call host Mike Shackelford at (904)610-7461. Prepare two original songs of 7-8 minutes combined maximum.

Baseball for kids with Atlantic Beach Athletic Association
REGISTRATION FOR 2016 SEASON NOW OPEN ONLINE.....
A new division has been added this season called developmental baseball, for all new 4 & 5 year olds who have never played before or have little experience.
Purpose of this division is to teach all of the players basic baseball fundamentals, good sportsmanship, and how to play on a team. This division will only participate on Saturdays beginning in September depending on the number of registered players.
