Yoga is an ancient discipline that unites the body, mind and spirit. On the physical side, the class increases strength, balance and flexibility. For the mind, it creates a greater sense of well-being, sharpens the intellect, improves memory and concentration, and steadies the emotions for a richer and more fulfilled life. On a spiritual level, the practice of yoga leads to self-awareness and inner peace.
Anyone can practice yoga no matter what age, fitness level, weight or religion. Cost is $10 per class. Bring your own mat.
