Artist Exhibit - John Miller
The Adele Grage Cultural Center is proud to exhibit the series of work called, "Our World" by John Miller, www.eyecbeauty.com. He is a multi-purpose photographer, who photographs everything: weddings, sports, models, landscapes, food, furniture, news reporting, and other artist’s artwork. John is, also, multi-talented; he has published two books with some of his favorite images and sayings. His books will be available during the Artist Reception on 18 September.
The Adele Grage Cultural Center will host our monthly Artist Reception for John on 18 September, 5:00-9:00pm.

FALL FLAG FOOTBALL REGISTRATION BEGINS ON AUGUST 15
Register your players for co-ed Teams!
$10 per player
Age groups 5-7 & 8-12
Saturday morning games in October and November, with playoff games in December.
Players will receive t-shirts and awards!

TWILIGHT MOVIE IN THE PARK - "LEGO MOVIE"
Donner Park, September 19, 8 pm
Emmet is an ordinary, rules-following, perfectly average Lego mini-figure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person and the key to saving the world.
Bring your chairs, blankets, most favorite movie food and non-alcoholic beverages. There will be free popcorn starting at 8 pm. Movie starts at dusk. Don’t forget the bug spray! Free and open to the Public.
**Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Artists (local and northeast Florida) gather around the Beaches Town Center at Atlantic Blvd. and Ocean Blvd/First Street. More than 20 locations feature artists and provide refreshments and music to the public.
Make Adele Grage your first/last stop on the monthly North Beaches Art Walk at 716 Ocean Blvd. and meet the featured artist at a reception, free and open to the public.
DOG TRAINING CLASSES GOING ON NOW!
Northern Professional dog trainer, Ronald White, is offering dog obedience classes for your pet friends every Saturday & Sunday from 8-10 a.m. at Jack Russell Park in the parking lot. Brought to you by the City of Atlantic Beach Cultural Arts and Recreation Advisory Committee, join us inside the historical theater to enjoy this free concert! Doors open at 5:45 p.m.
Whether you write, sing, play or simply enjoy good music, plan on being with us. Our musical host, Mike Shackelford and his fellow talented performers from our region will transform the Atlantic Beach Theater into a magical space for two hours of original musical creations by neighbors and friends. Seating is first come-first served for this admission-free-alcohol free event. Bring a friend...or three!
Performers should call host Mike Shackelford at (904)610-7461. Prepare two original songs of 7-8 minutes combined maximum.

FAMILY FUN DAY & CAMPOUT UNDER THE STARS - REGISTRATION BEGINS SEPTEMBER 2
Mark your calendars! You will not want to miss this popular event scheduled for Saturday, October 18th at Jack Russell Park. This year’s Family Fun Day begins at 2:00pm and will feature activities for the whole family to enjoy. The day concludes with a bonfire and the showing of the movie “Frozen” at dusk. All afternoon and evening events are free and open to the public. For anyone wishing to camp out, reserve your campsite early before they sell out. The cost of each campsite is $10 and pre-registration is required. A free pancake breakfast is served in the a.m. for overnight campers.
