In the streets of bustling New York, Katie rescues Max, an adorable and abandoned puppy, takes it and welcomes it to her apartment. Since then, everything is just peachy, however, Max's perfect little life is going to be over forever when, unexpectedly, his owner Katie introduces him to Duke, a giant, furry and sloppy stray dog which threatens to ruin the fine balance of things in an instant. But when both dogs lose their collars with their name tags, they find themselves in the city's sewers, the kingdom of Snowball, a spotless, fluffy, magician bunny and his army of flushed pets.

Remembrance of Images Past
Photography by Ted Mikalsen
“Photography is a journey and visual translation of a series of intriguing subjects,” says photographerTed Mikalsen, who started out using the manifold aspects of urban life then transitioned to the soft organic forms of flowers and wildlife.
On display at the Adele Grage Center are graphic images of flowers from the Georgia Okeffee’s Gardens, which portray an appreciation of the boundless potential of floral myriad forms and colors.
Upon retiring to Jacksonville, he was inspired by his wife's interest and knowledge of birding and the shear abundance of shore birds, wading birds, and raptors in Jacksonville’s marine environment. Some of the photographs in the exhibit express the joy of capturing the special moments of wildlife.
Continuing through the exhibit you will experience travels in Italy, which focuses on Tuscany. Included in the collection are reminders of Venice, Cinque Terra, and selections from a recent series, “The Streets, Doors and Windows of the Maremma” (Le Strade, Porte e Finestre della Maremma) taken in the vicinity of the Town of Manciano in the southwestern region of Tuscany. Additional works may be viewed on his website, .
Enjoy Ted's exhibit at the Adele Grage Gallery 716 Ocean Blvd. Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm.
