It’s very helpful to provide the pole numbers, which are five numbers or less and closely resemble the address the pole is close to. They are found 5 to 6 feet up the pole facing the street. On concrete poles and most wood poles, the numbers run up and down. JEA advises that the information you report will be assigned to a JEA crew within five business days and that, depending on the complexity of the repair, it could take up to 45 days to resolve the issues.
