The Arts, Recreation, and Culture Committee (ARCC) is a volunteer advisory board appointed by the City Commission of Atlantic Beach. Its mission is to develop and support programs that bring cultural, artistic, and recreational opportunities to the community. The ARCC plays a key role in planning events, reviewing grant applications, and recommending initiatives that enhance the city's cultural and recreational landscape. This includes organizing public art projects, festivals, and community classes, and supporting local organizations through grant funding.
