Utility Rates (Effective Oct. 1, 2025)
The utility rates adopted by City Ordinance for the City of Atlantic Beach service area customers are intended to recover the cost of operations, capital improvements, and debt service on Utility Revenue Bonds. Bond proceeds were used to make needed system improvements.
Base charges for water, sewer, irrigation, stormwater, and garbage services are billed monthly and in advance.
Volume charges for water, sewer, and irrigation are billed monthly, per thousand gallons consumed, in arrears.
